Adobo Pasta Ingredients:

  • adobopasta.jpg2 tbsp cooking oil
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tsp peppercorns
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 piece bay leaf
  • 1 sachet 8g MAGGI MAGIC SARAP
  • 1/4 cup water

  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 250 g spaghetti cooked

Adobo Pasta Cooking Instructions:

  • Sauté garlic in cooking oil.

  • Add in soy sauce, peppercorn, sugar, bay leaf, MAGGI Flavor-It Meat Powder Chicken and water. Mix well.

  • Then add in vinegar. Bring to boil and simmer for 3 minutes without stirring.

  • Remove from heat.

  • Toss in spaghetti noodles.

  • Top with fried garlic chips if desired.
